What's our deal anyway?
It matters how something gets made. We believe you can tell when people gave a damn, had a good time, and made something together.
That's the idea behind EDCA.
We don't think the experience of making something should be separate from the thing we're making. A portrait, a photograph, a print, a set—whatever—the process that gets us there is part of it.
So we work together. We ask questions. We throw around ideas. We make plans. We change those plans when a better idea shows up. We bring in people who know things we don't. We solve problems. And somewhere along the way, we take some pictures.
We take the work seriously. Ourselves, considerably less so.
The goal is to make something we're proud of, with people who enjoyed being part of making it.
Together. Towards Joy. To the best of our ability.
